With the end of August, comes the beginning of the season at YC&AC.
Therefore, a lot of us headed down to Yamate for the first (and only) training session before starting our rounds of matches that will led us until the next summer.
Damn, that was tough. Much tougher than expected. To prepare this though, I hit the gym a few times that left me unable to move my upper body on the following Monday... But the heat in Japan being still here (about 34C today again), it was quite hard to get the stamina to gear up in the accelerations... Well, our first game against Korean University is still on next week and I am curious to see ho we will fit the opposition.

In the meantime, I hope that the weather will cool down a little (even if this is nothing compared to –¼ŒÃ‰®). With the new office, 15 minutes away from any JR station, the morning and night are kind of steamy! But well, that gives me some exercise and help the little fat I accumulated during the holidays (well, I couldn't get too much for a list of reasons requiring one or two posts that I should write in the coming days or weeks)B
